Our coaching is an offer of operational support to the staff on the field. All of our coaching is done on site and each coach is involved in the life of the site during these days.

Behavioural Coaching

This device is designed to assist managers and employees towards development and optimization of their behaviour oriented « customer satisfaction » to the daily sale and after-sale in terms of social skills, expertise and in terms of way of speaking.

This intervention is relayed by the managers as a result of this support and must follow this behaviours increase: solidarity, personal commitment and individual and collective responsibility.

The objectives of this coaching are to improve customer satisfaction, to optimize the turnover through the increase in the conversion rate of additional sales from customers, as well as to increase the involvement of employees and their productivity via a suitable management team.

After each session, action plans are defined as individual or collective.
